Gigantes Group is a growing MEPT firm expanding their Technology Systems practice. They are seeking a senior Seller/Doer who brings proven business development capability and hands-on technical leadership, responsible for generating new revenue and serving as a technical lead on projects.

Responsibilities

Leverage existing relationships with owners, developers, architects, contractors, and end users to generate new Technology Systems opportunities
Consistently develop and close $1M+ in annual new business, with a clear path to growth beyond year one
Lead pursuit strategy, including opportunity identification, proposal development, pricing strategy, and client presentations
Represent the firm in industry events, conferences, and networking activities
Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies for Telecommunications, Security, and Audiovisual services
Serve as a technical authority for Technology Systems design and implementation, including:
Structured cabling and telecommunications
Physical security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection)
Audiovisual systems (conference rooms, collaboration spaces, digital signage)
Provide oversight and direction during design phases, ensuring quality, constructability, and alignment with client goals
Support project teams with technical guidance, scope clarification, and client coordination
Participate in key design reviews and problem-solving during project execution
Mentor junior staff and contribute to building internal technical capabilities

Required

10+ years of experience in Technology Systems within an MEP/MEPT consulting, engineering, or integrator environment
Demonstrated success as a Seller/Doer, including a verifiable track record of generating $1M+ in annual revenue or the relationships to do so
Strong industry network across one or more sectors (commercial, healthcare, higher education, mission-critical, aviation, mixed-use, etc.)
Deep technical knowledge of telecommunications, security, and audiovisual systems
Experience leading pursuits, client negotiations, and technical delivery simultaneously
Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary MEPT teams
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

Preferred

RCDD, CTS-D or PSP certifications preferred but not essential
