Responsibilities

The intern will assist EME staff to ensure that department achieves its objectives efficiently and seamlessly
The Meeting Planner Assistant will provide support as assigned, as well as assist on tasks as needed across the EME scope of work
Potential assignments will fall under multiple categories, including:
Utilization of Technical Platforms: Room assignments and F&B details
Promotional/Resource Content: C&EN Articles, Staff Handbook, Property Resource Book, and Resume Books
Meeting Logistics: Organization of poster sessions, Review of BEOs
