Tesla is seeking passionate interns who thrive in a fast-paced environment and want to apply CS concepts to real world projects. The Mobile Applications Engineering team is responsible for Tesla’s best-in-class mobile app, and the intern will design, code, and maintain mobile user experiences while optimizing code for performance, stability, and maintainability.

Work with a cross-functional team of hardware engineers, application/UI software engineers, QA/Validation, and designers

Required

Currently pursuing a Degree in Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date between 2026 - 2027
Familiar with Swift, Kotlin, or Typescript. Android, and/or iOS
Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science concepts, good at solving complex technical problems
Experience using common design patterns. High standards for code quality, maintainability, and performance

Preferred

Experience with React/React Native and Kotlin is preferred
