Be a key communication point between the suppliers, warehousing, and finance
Responsible for daily correspondence to place purchase orders
Track orders for receipt into storage locations
Maintain procurement records for payment of goods and services
Cross departmental/functional communication with warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, and order fulfillment
Support maintaining proper inventory levels for production as well as accuracy
Provide supporting documentation to the finance department
