Responsibilities
Manage day to day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities with a high level of accuracy
Perform reconciliations across AP, AR, bank accounts, and related balance sheet accounts
Assist with month end close, including journal entries, support schedules, and tie outs
Research and resolve invoice, payment, and account discrepancies in a timely manner
Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate billing, collections, and vendor payments
Maintain clean, organized financial records in accordance with company policies and procedures
Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes while maintaining established controls
Qualification
Required
Degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
Minimum 3-5 years of AP/AR experience in a corporate environment
Is detail oriented, dependable, and process driven
Is comfortable working in a professional, policy driven environment with clear expectations and accountability
