8+ years expInfo Way Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior Document Control Specialist to support an Upstream Oil & Gas project at North Slope, Alaska. This role requires strong expertise in managing engineering documents and facilitating document review workflows.

Responsibilities
Manage document control activities for engineering and project documents including:
P&IDs, ISOs, Electrical Schematics
Civil & Structural drawings
Datasheets, Vendor Packages
Test Reports and Fabrication Packages
Allocate document numbers and maintain accurate metadata and revision control
Create and track Engineering Change Masters until closure
Manage redlines, as-built updates, and document lifecycle activities
Facilitate document review and approval workflows using Bluebeam
Validate vendor documents against VDDR requirements
Upload documents into SAP DMS and link them to appropriate functional locations
Ensure compliance with project and contractual documentation standards
Qualification
Required
8–10 years of experience in Document Control
Strong experience in Upstream Oil & Gas projects
Hands-on expertise with SAP DMS
Proficiency in conducting Bluebeam document review sessions
Preferred
Experience working in North Slope or remote project locations
Experience training users on document control processes
