Responsibilities

Develop and support pricing strategies, cost models, and financial analyses for federal pursuits, including competitive proposals and task order responses
Analyze solicitation requirements, pricing instructions, and evaluation criteria to inform compliant and competitive pricing approaches
Build and maintain cost models that incorporate labor, indirects, subcontracting, ODCs, materials, and other relevant cost elements
Support price-to-win analysis, competitive positioning, and pricing strategy development in coordination with capture leadership
Contribute to pricing narratives, basis of estimate documentation, and proposal volumes to support clear, defensible submissions
Support pricing activities related to contract changes, scope adjustments, funding actions, and other post-award pricing events
Assist in the development of pricing support packages and documentation aligned with contract requirements and applicable regulations
Collaborate with Operations and Finance to assess cost impacts, staffing assumptions, financial performance, and program risk
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities for awarded programs and operational sites
Provide recurring pricing and financial analysis to Business Development and Finance leadership to inform decision-making
Contribute to the improvement of pricing processes, tools, documentation standards, and audit readiness across the organization

Required

7+ years of experience supporting pricing, estimating, or financial analysis in a federal contracting environment
Demonstrated experience developing cost models and pricing support for government services, facilities, O&M, BOS, or technical programs
Strong understanding of federal pricing principles, cost structures, and solicitation-driven requirements
Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques
Ability to analyze complex requirements, synthesize financial data, and communicate pricing assumptions clearly
Strong organizational skills and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered
