Responsibilities
Leading and executing IT audits across core systems, applications, and infrastructure
Designing and applying data analytics to support audit scoping, testing, and continuous monitoring
Evaluating IT general controls (ITGCs), system interfaces, access controls, and automated controls
Supporting SOX-related IT controls and remediation efforts
Building repeatable analytics, dashboards, and scripts to improve audit coverage and efficiency
Collaborating with business and technology teams on system changes, implementations, and upgrades
Translating complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for leadership
Mentoring junior auditors and helping elevate analytics capabilities across the audit team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Systems, Finance, or related field
5–8+ years of experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, or Risk Advisory
Hands-on experience with ITGCs, SOX, and system-based controls
Experience using data analytics in an audit context (ACL, Alteryx, Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar)
Ability to analyze large data sets and identify control gaps, anomalies, or risk trends
Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional teams
Curious, process-improvement mindset
Ability to balance structure with creativity in solving problems
Preferred
Public accounting or consulting experience strongly preferred
Exposure to ERP environments (SAP experience a plus, not required)
