Senior Analyst, Treasury
CJ Logistics America is seeking a Senior Treasury Analyst to analyze and maintain the company's liquidity, funding, and financial risk profiles. This role is essential for optimizing capital structure and ensuring compliance with financial regulations while collaborating with various teams on treasury-related matters.

Responsibilities
Manage daily cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity planning to ensure sufficient funding for operations
Oversee short-term and long-term financing activities, including the management of loans and credit facilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with banks and financial institutions
Monitor and mitigate financial risks, specifically focusing on foreign exchange (FX), interest rates, and liquidity risk
Develop and implement treasury policies, internal controls, and cash pooling structures
Collaborate with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, and Legal teams on all treasury-related matters
Prepare comprehensive treasury reports for management regarding debt, cash position, and risk exposure
Support capital structure optimization and communicate regularly with our global HQ
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
3-5+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, or financial management
Deep knowledge of cash management, funding, and financial instruments
High attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with FX and interest rate hedging is strongly preferred
Experience working within multinational or global treasury environments
