Crossing Hurdles is seeking a Human Resources Systems Implementation Engineer to enhance their HR systems. The role involves writing and validating API-based prompts, developing workflows for HR processes, and collaborating with teams to ensure effective communication of technical concepts.

Responsibilities

Write, review, and validate API-based prompts for human resources and internal operations use cases
Apply real-world HR systems expertise to ensure prompts reflect practical employee lifecycle and administrative workflows
Help shape how AI understands HRIS platforms, office systems, and productivity tooling
Develop prompts related to employee onboarding, leave management, document automation, calendar coordination, and access controls
Evaluate and compare AI-generated outputs for accuracy, clarity, and real-world applicability
Clearly document HR system workflows and communicate technical concepts to HR teams and non-technical stakeholders
Collaborate asynchronously while meeting structured project deliverables

Required

Strong professional experience supporting or developing HR operations tools, internal IT systems, or office administration workflows

Experience working with platforms such as Workday, BambooHR, ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, or Microsoft 365
Familiarity with employee onboarding, leave tracking, document workflows, calendar management, or digital form processing
Strong ability to document systems and communicate effectively with HR teams and end users
Ability to share screen and complete live tasks during the interview (desktop/laptop required)
