The role involves working closely with agile teams, leading quality assurance efforts, and stabilizing testing environments to ensure productive testing processes.

Responsibilities
Responsible of creating and maintaining end to end test cases and test plans for projects related to Billing and ERP systems
Experience in testing Web applications, Sales-Order/Billing engines, ERP, Java
Experience with complex automated testing tools and knowledge of components and steps for its implementation
Experience working with Agile Scrum methodologies
Report incidents and defects promptly
Work closely with the agile team (Architects, Business Analysts, developers, product owners) throughout the product life cycle
Stabilize testing environments to ensure highly productive round-clock testing
Lead multiple work streams of quality assurance originating from development, business requirements, and strategy
Involved in deeper level individual testing efforts and quality assessment of high priority features
Ability to work and organize across multiple projects in a fast-paced development environment
Research QA best practices and technology
Review Test Strategy and Test Plans for all projects in the work program
Provide progress status/reports to management on the use and adoption of test automation
English and Spanish is preferable
Experience working in testing Salesforce, Oracle is a plus
Qualification
Required

5+ years functional testing experience
3+ years of experience on Automation tools like Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber
Quality Assurance of user experience design and implementation of Order Management, Billing and provisioning and ERP systems (Accounts Receivables)
Excellent written and communication skills
Good understanding of Agile Methodologies
Experience designing and executing comprehensive and effective test strategies and test plans
Experience in working within an automation framework and/or an automation tool, like Selenium Web Driver, Cucumber
Experience designing and executing performance, load and, stress tests
Knowledge in software development language like JavaScript, Ruby, Python, PHP
Knowledge on test data management
Knowledge on TDD and BDD strategies
Experience working with DevOps
Knowledge on Postman, Azure, Visual Studio Code
Knowledge on PL/SQL (Oracle)
Knowledge on GitHub
Proficient English & Spanish Language level
Preferred
English and Spanish is preferable
BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred
Experience working in testing Salesforce, Oracle is a plus
Experience in Telecommunications Oracle ERP is a plus
