Responsibilities

Design, execute, and deliver on one or more initiatives in support of U.S. Bank Operations’ and SSBI’s strategy
Lead each initiative through ideation, scoping, funding (CapEx and OpEx), execution, and benefit delivery
Utilize and propagate the bank’s standards for developing deliverables, managing projects, reporting progress and managing risks and issues
Create relevant reporting to fulfill stakeholder needs
Provide governance across the initiatives
Develop trusted relationships with senior leaders and key business partners
Contribute your experience, learnings, and thought leadership to the broader SI team on the industry, best practices, analytics, etc
Support shaping the strategy and execution of the SI team itself

Required

6+ years of progressive experience supporting large-scale, enterprise-wide transformative initiatives in financial services
Experience with managing strategic and operational transformations
Ability to operate in a demanding high-expectations and standards environment
Problem solver with an ownership mindset, instead of a facilitator
Exceptional strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and storyboarding skills
Ability to influence without authority, leveraging a positive, consultative approach to clients and team members
Detail-orientation with excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to change
Demonstrated commitment to professional development through ongoing education
High degree of comfort with ambiguity and executive presence
Ability and willingness to travel up to 25%
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of related experience

Preferred

Master's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience in banking industry / operations or contracting / consulting firms
Proficient in Smartsheet, Jira, Dragonboat, and other productivity tools and applications
