Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to implement strategies that elevate retail customer experiences and support new store launches
Lead the creative development of marketing plans for seasonal and strategic initiatives
Oversee marketing strategies for new store openings across various channels
Coordinate media efforts for Grand Openings with creative and digital teams
Manage the creative process for gift card development in collaboration with Store Operations
Build strong relationships with internal teams to drive marketing program success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or equivalent experience
3-5 years of marketing experience in an agency or retail environment
Strong project management and communication skills
Ability to work independently and integrate into established teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
Innovative thinker with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
