Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service by greeting patients with a smile and addressing them warmly upon arrival and departure
Respond to patient inquiries and concerns according to Client policies
Answer incoming calls professionally and promptly
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on patient appointments
Maintain and update the appointment book
Follow up with patients who miss or cancel appointments
Register patients using the sign-in sheet
Post charges and payments to patient accounts accurately
Check and respond to voicemail messages daily
Keep the waiting area clean, comfortable, and welcoming for patients

Qualification

Customer service skillsTelephone answering experienceHealthcare office experienceInsurance plan familiarity

Required

Experience answering telephones
Exceptional customer service skills
High school diploma or GED

Preferred

Prior experience in a dental, medical, or healthcare office
Familiarity with insurance plans (HMO/PPO) is a plus
