Responsibilities
Support the Project Manager and other project team members in executing activities to support the construction of assigned project(s) and to ensure the work performed is in conformance with the project objectives and the requirements of the construction documents
Bid support and executing the submittal and RFI review process
Document control
Verification of as-builts
Support quality control and site safety
Execute equipment receiving process
Manage closeout documentation
Support cost management activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Science, or Engineering
Minimum of four years of experience
Preferred
Biologics and/or Process focused construction projects HIGHLY PREFERRED
Demonstrated capability with Microsoft Office suite
Demonstrated capability with computer programs for project management and reporting; VDC tools
Competent in RFI/Submittal processing
Proficiency with mobile devices and VDC apps
