Build and maintain Test Plans and manual test cases
Perform Regression, Sanity, Functional and User Journey testing
Work closely with development and product teams
Identify, document, and track bugs until resolution
Communicate with customers regarding reported issues
Work according to QA methodologies in an Agile environment
Qualification
Required
4+ years of experience in Manual QA
Experience in building Test Plans and structured test cases
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies
Experience testing WEB applications
Good communication skills and fluent English
Preferred
Experience with ERP systems
Jira / Azure DevOps experience
Basic SQL or scripting knowledge
