Assist with documentation preparation for import and export processes
Communicate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and tolling partners
Help maintain regulatory compliance in international trade operations
Aid in issue resolution related to tolling challenges
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance logistics efficiency
Contribute to the overall supply chain activities
Address import/export challenges such as shipping delays and customs holds
Support the development of corrective actions to prevent recurring issues
Help escalate import/export issues to appropriate stakeholders
Identify and address tolling-related discrepancies in inventory, shipments, or documentation
Coordinate with tolling partners to resolve delays, material shortages, or quality concerns
Escalate complex tolling issues to senior team members while supporting troubleshooting efforts
