Mid LevelJobs via Dice is seeking a Business Analyst specializing in Clinical Operations. The role involves supporting the migration from Siebel to Veeva CTMS and acting as a liaison between business and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with enterprise goals.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the ClinOps business team to understand current processes and support the migration of EDC, IVRS, and planning data from Siebel to Veeva CTMS
Act as a bridge between the business and IT teams, including coordination with vendors, the Veeva CTMS implementation partner
Work with the QA team to address techno-functional queries from both business and IT stakeholders
Lead the Subject ID generation process based on client's current methodology, and propose improvements aligned with long-term vision and scalability
Serve as the primary business lead for Veeva CTMS implementation, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and timelines
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in Veeva CTMS implementation, ideally within a life sciences or pharma environment
Ability to collaborate closely with the ClinOps business team to understand current processes
Experience in supporting the migration of EDC, IVRS, and planning data from Siebel to Veeva CTMS
Ability to act as a bridge between the business and IT teams
Experience in coordinating with vendors and the Veeva CTMS implementation partner
Ability to work with the QA team to address techno-functional queries from both business and IT stakeholders
Experience in leading the Subject ID generation process based on client's current methodology
