Performance Coach - Fellowship

The Performance Coach Fellow will support the HR Department by developing and coaching interns, assisting with performance evaluations, onboarding, and implementing engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Collect, track, and analyze intern performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Maintain accurate records in accordance with organizational policies and procedures
Conduct weekly one-on-one coaching sessions with assigned interns to support their development and goal achievement
Support developing and refining policies and procedures related to employee and intern performance
Promote and help foster an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing work environment
Team with Interns to provide performance coaching and advising throughout their internship
Assist in leading, motivating, and developing intern teams to enhance engagement and productivity
Contribute to performance improvement strategies by identifying needs and recommending actionable solutions

Required

1 year - Mentoring or Professional Development and support experience
1 year - Understanding of performance management principles and employee development strategies
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, School Counseling, Human Resources, or a related field, which has been completed within 3 years or less than the date of application
