The Practice Companies is seeking an Associate for their Practice Real Estate Group in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to learn essential skills in commercial real estate while assisting agents with prospecting, property research, and contract management.

Responsibilities

Run the Prospecting Playbook bringing in new tenant rep clients and running deals from discovery appointments through negotiations
Assisting existing agents with their in flight deals - showing properties, putting together LOI’s, running property searches, talking with Landlords, and updating the CRM
Searching and verifying properties
Calling landlords and landlord brokers
Connecting with building owners to find out more about the status of the property
