Responsibilities

Own the intake process from beginning to end

Answer and screen inquiry calls and emails from prospective clients

Survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case. Obtain critical information and documentation from clients relevant to their prospective case

Assist with outgoing correspondence, contracts, and the data entry and onboarding of new clients

Continuously follow up on leads

Perform other data entry as necessary

Process (scan and distribute) mail and packages

Perform conflict checks

Collaborate with marketing department on outbound lead generation initiatives

Regularly check in on clients’ well-being and provide them with updates

Audit leads list and make follow up contact to convert cold leads

Other duties as necessary
