Serves as a mentor for a healthy and safe culture to advance system, department and service experience

Develop positive, cooperative relationships across functional boundaries. Support and drive the value of team work and instill collaborative practices throughout the department and organization

Ensure coordination among team related to the design, administration, and communication of all Business Intelligence solutions for the health system

Ensure best practice standards for Business Intelligence and monitor compliance to ensure quality solutions

Oversee project timelines to ensure solutions are delivered on time and communicate with stakeholders any unforeseen delays

Apply sound business judgment in the execution of duties

Monitor department focus to ensure efforts are aligned with strategic goals, both by attending to the specifics of the processes and by ensuring that people meet the demanding standards of performance. Realize how projects fit into the larger strategic context
