Responsibilities
Engage directly with customers in a face-to-face sales environment
Execute daily sales strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue

Track personal sales performance and contribute to team goals
Support promotional and sales initiatives for major retail partners
Learn how to train, coach, and develop entry-level sales team members
Assist leadership with team coordination, goal setting, and performance tracking
Participate in cross-training focused on leadership, operations, and management development
