Growth Ambassador
EV+ Charging is seeking high-energy, highly motivated Growth Ambassadors to accelerate the adoption of their EV charging outsourcing platform for commercial real estate owners and operators. This role involves developing customer relationships, supporting sales initiatives, and collaborating with internal teams to maximize sales outcomes.
Responsibilities
Initiate, develop, and support new and existing customer relationships across the full sales pipeline
Conduct basic customer and property analysis and help customize introductory materials
Learn and support key elements of property underwriting, proposals, and contracts
Maintain accurate account, contact, and deal records
Support the company’s outward-facing market positioning, including marketing, PR, website, and social media initiatives
Collaborate closely with internal team members to align strategy and maximize sales outcomes across targeted market segments
Stay current on EV charging trends, competitive dynamics, and sales best practices within commercial real estate
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in real estate sales or marketing, or 4+ years in non–real estate sales or marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with customers, partners, and stakeholders
Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Ability to travel as needed for customer meetings and industry events
