Responsibilities

Serve as the technical architect for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements

Design and develop scalable, high-quality ServiceNow applications and integrations

Lead technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance to development teams

Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, workflows, UI components, and automation

Ensure platform performance, security, and reliability in alignment with government standards

Support deployments, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow solutions

Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams

7 years of experience developing, implementing, and delivering applications on the ServiceNow platform

7 years of experience leading the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, reliability, and adherence to best practices

4 years of experience gathering and documenting user requirements, including: Conducting information-gathering sessions, Facilitating requirements interviews and workshops, Documenting current-state systems and processes, Defining and documenting future-state requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification (required)
