Proposal Manager/ Writer
Information Management Group, Inc. is a leading small business providing customer-focused professional services in the Information Technology field. They are seeking a Proposal Manager / Writer to manage the proposal lifecycle, develop compliant responses to government RFPs, and collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance proposal quality.

Responsibilities
Own and manage the proposal lifecycle from kickoff through all color review and submission
Create and own the proposal process with an eye towards continuous improvement
Develop and curate a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business
Monitor and flag potential opportunities to key internal stakeholders
Review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), data call requests, and other requirements documents to develop compliant responses
Write in clear and concise language that is compliant and responsive to RFP requirements
Develop and maintain proposal boilerplate inventory
Work as part of a collaborative team to clearly articulate solution and strategy, approach to performing the work, experience, win themes, and discriminators
Write clear, compliant, compelling, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections; translate complex ideas into easily understandable text
Develop and implement process improvements to help improve proposal quality
Develop program’s document tracking spreadsheet on status of contract deliverables
Generate large documents on short timelines
Articulate information and build relationships across the organization
Qualification
Required
Experience in traditional U.S. Government proposals
Strong design, development, production, and on-time delivery of compliant, competent, and competitive responses
Strong writing skills
Proficiency in copyediting and document formatting
Ability to write in clear and concise language that is compliant and responsive to RFP requirements
Experience leading written responses to Corporate Experience, Management, Technical, Staffing Rationale, Resumes, Past Performance, and Transition-In-Plans
Ability to develop and maintain proposal boilerplate inventory
Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
Ability to write clear, compliant, compelling, persuasive, and articulate proposal sections
Ability to translate complex ideas into easily understandable text
Ability to develop and implement process improvements to help improve proposal quality
Ability to develop program's document tracking spreadsheet on status of contract deliverables
Excellent writing skills with the ability to generate large documents on short timelines
Significant experience with the Government solicitation process
Ability to clearly articulate information and to listen and understand business needs and build relationships across the organization
Comfort working with a diverse range of disciplines including, but not limited to, design, engineering, program management, supply chain, and finance
Ability to obtain a government security clearance; U.S. citizen is a requirement
Preferred
Active Secret and/or TS Clearance
