Responsibilities

Develop, facilitate, and implement efficient, effective, and innovative recruiting and selection methods
Write and post job descriptions on relevant platforms, including social media
Screen resumes and manage candidates throughout hiring processes, from interview preparation to final-offer negotiation
Collaborate with hiring managers to create customized recruitment and selection approaches that are consistent with Digital Promise's values
In partnership with the Deputy Chief of People and Culture and the Senior People and Culture Associate, develop and improve efficient and effective HR processes
Support responding to employee benefits-related questions, escalating as appropriate
Provide administrative support to the People team
Support the People & Culture team with employee benefit open enrollment, renewal, audits, and invoicing
Provide support to the Senior People and Culture Associate in the preparation of semi-monthly payroll reconciliation, including reporting, data entry, and auditing

Qualification

Required

3+ years of experience in recruitment and human resources operations
History of excellent internal customer service and strong interpersonal and communication skills
Exercise good judgment within defined procedures and practices
Experience using ATS and HRIS systems; experience with Rippling is a plus
Experience developing and managing HR processes and resources

Preferred

PHR certification preferred
Experience collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure information is shared, projects are completed on time, and goals are reached
Stellar organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage completing tasks, deadlines, requirement, and decisions
A team mentality, with a creative and positive, 'can-do' spirit
