Responsibilities
Own day-to-day company operations (payroll, reimbursements, Ramp, vendors, insurance, subscriptions)
Coordinate accountants, lawyers, and compliance filings
Track expenses, budgets, and runway with external support
Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time
Support budgeting, forecasts, and basic financial models
Prepare board/investor materials including board decks and presentations
Maintain clean documentation and internal storage systems
Build and update decks, one-pagers, and internal documents
Prepare structured materials for investors, partners, and advisors
Use AI tools aggressively to move faster and better than traditional operators
Act as execution partner to the CEO: take ideas → structure → completion
Drive follow-ups, deadlines, and closure across projects
Anticipate needs before they become problems
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
No task is “too small” if it moves the company forward
High ownership, high accountability, high trust
Qualification
Required

Wants to build something meaningful early in their career
This role is fully in person in Austin, office is next to Austin Airport
This is an execution role — not advisory, not remote, not part-time
