Ensuring accuracy and equity in assessments
Ability to serve as a subject matter expert on real property valuation
Ability to operate with a high degree of independence under general supervision
Ability to coordinate closely with other departments
Ability to provide data, analysis, and information related to assessments, revenues, and budget development
