Responsibilities

Provides a wide variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. Administers programs, projects, and/or processes specific to the operating unit served

Assists in the preparation of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc

Assists with the publishing and maintenance of information on the Intranet for the various businesses of the department

Cares for correspondence, filing, copying, sorting, and prioritizing mail, mailings, order, and stock office supplies

Makes meeting arrangements as necessary

Performs general administrative duties as needed and assigned by the department

Required

Associate's degree (or higher) -OR- 2+ years professional work experience

2+ years' of administrative office experience

2+ years' of experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

Computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheets, database, graphics, FrontPage and other hardware and software applications)

Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

Organized, self-motivated, detail orientated, analytical, able to work with minimal supervision
