Responsibilities

Build and foster relationships with prospective new customers and help them solve their toughest water monitoring challenges

Be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead to close, while sharing knowledge of customer challenges with our product teams

Develop meaningful customer relationships focused on driving value to our customers and measured by net new customer growth, revenue growth, and engagement with our products and services

Work from a home office, developing and executing on a sales plan and managing your territory

Partner with other Veralto sellers (Hach, OTT Hydromet)

Required

5+ years of experience in water industry or adjacent sales where you've consistently closed deals & exceeded targets

Demonstrated success in a quota-carrying role, preferably in a B2B field sales role

A self-starter and teammate who is motivated to succeed

Superior customer relationship skills & ability to work cross-functionally

Ability to learn new software applications quickly

Excellent written and oral communication skills, organizational skills, and time management skills

Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time

Preferred

Familiarity with the environmental and/or the water industry is preferred

Consultative solutions-based sales or direct sales experience preferred

Experience with SalesForce as our CRM is a plus
