Responsibilities

Build internal tools for US exchange operations. Create systems that help control desk operators, supervisors, and compliance teams manage high-volume payment processing and reconciliation workflows

Ship production features regularly. Launch improvements and fixes frequently in a fast-paced, regulated environment where reliability matters

Work across the full stack. Build frontend interfaces for operational dashboards and backend APIs for transaction processing, reconciliation, and payment provider integrations and other control desk operations

Collaborate with internal teams. Partner closely with operations, compliance, and product to understand workflows, gather feedback, and iterate quickly on tooling

Design for scale and compliance. Build systems that handle thousands of daily transactions while maintaining audit trails and meeting CFTC regulatory requirements

Contribute to technical decisions. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and help establish best practices for the team
