Account Executive
Blue Link Wireless is one of the fastest-growing AT&T Authorized Retailers in the country, seeking an Account Executive to build relationships with property managers and sell AT&T's communication and entertainment products. The role focuses on leadership, profitability, and managing sales activities in the assigned region.

Responsibilities
Initiate, build and maintain strategic relationships with AT&T Account Managers; Property Managers and leadership
Ensure market profitability through key initiatives, local partnerships and motivating the sales team
Be the lead point of contact for AT&T
Account Managers and Area Managers
Network to uncover additional sales opportunities and channels
Hold outside events at properties to promote
AT&T products to new and existing residents
Assist clients with new orders as well as provide support for existing clients
Resolve complex account issues to ensure complete client satisfaction
Required to complete and maintain all required job and compliance training including, not limited to sales process, Opus, AT&T, CPNI, Credit Application Process, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Three or more year's successful sales management experience with 2+ years wireless multi-unit retail wireless store leadership preferred
Demonstrated high ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity and character in business transactions
Effective Communication Skills
Strong knowledge of common business applications (Web browsers, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, etc.)
Experienced professional with a good balance of risk taking and judgment, confidence and assertiveness, open-minded and flexible who demonstrates a 'take charge' spirit
Read and interpret documents such as operating/maintenance/procedure instructions and safety rules
Write routine reports and business correspondence
Speak effectively before customers or Team members of the organization whether individually or in groups
Knowledge of principles and process for providing customer service, including but not limited to, customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Effectively interact with all levels of organizational staff and company personnel
Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written/oral communication, and customer service skills
Accept and implement verbal and written feedback
HS Diploma, BA or BS preferred in a related field or equivalent experience
Valid Driver's License & Proof of Liability Insurance

AT&T sales management experience preferred but not required
