HRIS Specialist
CampusWorks, Inc. is dedicated to helping higher education institutions overcome business and technological challenges. They are seeking a meticulous HRIS Specialist to maintain and manage the Human Resources Information System, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with employment practices.

Responsibilities
Create and maintain position ID codes for new hire positions
Set up contractor and temporary positions in Colleague
Enter stipends and other compensation adjustments accurately
Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and collaborate with IT for solutions
Implement system updates and enhancements as needed
Ensure all position and pay data comply with institutional policies and legal requirements
Generate accurate reports for HR leadership as requested
Provide support and guidance to HR team members on HRIS functionality
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to improve processes and maintain system efficiency
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
2+ years of experience in HRIS administration (Colleague preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS systems
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Skilled in HRIS systems and data management
Ensures accuracy in position and pay data
Ability to troubleshoot system issues effectively
Works closely with HR and IT teams
