Responsibilities
Work on a variety of civil litigation matters including defending insurance carriers in complex, multi-party insurance coverage and bad faith litigation
Defend architects, engineers, general contractors and subcontractors in construction defect matters
Advise and defend employers in various labor and employment cases
Defend transportation, hospitality, real estate and other companies in minor to catastrophic personal injury matters
Gain practical and hands-on experience at every stage of litigation - from the initial advice and counsel phase through trial, arbitration and/or appeal
Qualification
Required
2 to 7 years' experience in civil litigation
Excellent written advocacy skills
Valid Colorado Bar license
Preferred
Civil and/or commercial litigation experience, especially in federal courts
Previous judicial clerkship experience
