They are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral instruction in-home and develop ABA treatment plans while collaborating with families and monitoring client progress.

Responsibilities
Provide individualized behavioral instruction in-home
Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
Conduct parent counseling training (PCT) sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development
Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support
Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes
Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices
Qualification
Required
Master's degree in ABA or a related field
Certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst(Required)
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience working individuals with developmental disabilities
Strong knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in Home based setting
Preferred
Previous experience delivering Parent Training (PCT)
Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services
Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
