Responsibilities
Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with GAAP
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
Contribute to system implementations, upgrades, or ERP integrations
Drive process improvements, documentation, and internal controls
Partner cross-functionally with finance, operations, and leadership teams
Provide ad-hoc analysis and project support as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or a combination of public and industry roles
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, Dynamics, etc.)
Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial models and data analysis
Strong communication skills and ability to adapt quickly in new environments
Self-starter mindset with a desire to learn and take ownership
Preferred
CPA preferred but not required
