Responsibilities
Managing client relationships: Regularly communicate with clients, understand their preferences, and provide tailored matchmaking services
Selecting and presenting high-quality matches that align with client expectations
Coordinating dates and maintaining ongoing client engagement
Balancing daily calls and emails to ensure superior client support
Providing coaching and guidance to clients in their dating journey
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or consultative sales
Previous experience managing high client and/or account volume
Minimum of two years working in a remote role
Must have a quiet distraction-free work space
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, especially over the phone
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a results-driven mindset
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (consultative sales experience is a plus)
The ability to handle emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
Preferred
Prior experience in the Matchmaking industry preferred
A 4-year degree (preferred areas: psychology, business, communications, or related field) - equivalent experience will be considered
