Responsibilities

Designs and plans process Layout for assembly and materials handling
Participates and may help plan sequence of operations and specification procedures for the fabrication of tools and equipment and other functions that affect product performance
Assist in development of manufacturing processes that are applicable to statistical process control and may develop those techniques
Participate in cross-functional team efforts to improve test yields, production throughput, test capacity, and overall product Quality
Identify component test failure trends and perform root cause analysis. Implement corrective actions to resolve. Prepare test failure analysis reports as required for production
Study performance and reliability of existing test equipment and establish programs and solutions for decreasing test equipment downtime
Analyze test approach, plans, and processes for cost reduction, test efficiency, test yields, and manufacturing test capacity opportunities

Required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
