Responsibilities
Architect, design, and deliver large-scale ServiceNow solutions for Financial Services clients
Lead development and customization of Customer Service Management (CSM) and Financial Services Operations (FSO) modules
Translate complex banking / insurance operational requirements into scalable ServiceNow implementations
Own end-to-end development including:
Advanced server-side and client-side scripting
Flow Designer and legacy workflows
Data modeling and performance optimization
Build and manage secure integrations with financial systems using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and Integration Hub
Ensure solutions meet regulatory, audit, and security standards common in Financial Services
Provide technical leadership through code reviews, best-practice enforcement, and mentoring
Support production systems and drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
15+ years of total IT experience
10–12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development
Strong Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domain background
Proven hands-on experience with Financial Services Operations (FSO)
Deep expertise in ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
Advanced skills in: JavaScript (ServiceNow scripting)
Advanced skills in: Glide APIs
Advanced skills in: Flow Designer & Integration Hub
Experience delivering solutions in large, regulated enterprise environments
Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders
Ability to work fully remote within US time zones
