They are seeking an MBA Intern for their International Strategy & Research team to synthesize quantitative data, conduct market research, and contribute to analysis that informs production and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities
Synthesize large amounts of quantitative data, telling a story based on the insights and succinctly summarizing the results for stakeholders across the studio
Write weekly quantitative surveys to field across key global markets, and chart the resulting data to track KPIs including brand awareness, interest, fandom, popularity
Research and design custom landscape, genre, and brand positioning studies to help inform production and marketing understanding of international/regional needs and how they could impact film performance
Attend and contribute to analysis from screenings and focus groups, building a strong skillset in qualitative analysis
Assess and synthesize findings on global market and genre trends in the film industry

Required
A great communicator
A team player
Someone with a deep passion for film
Comfort with synthesizing both qualitative and quantitative information
Strong PC skills: Excel, PowerPoint
You must be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks total starting in June
Interns will be required to work fully on-site for the duration of the program
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis
Employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States is required as the company does not engage in sponsorship for internships
