This role focuses on back-office operational execution, administrative support, and process coordination related to merchant payment processing.

Responsibilities

Provide operational and administrative support to the Merchant Services and Payments teams
Assist with the daily execution of payment-related processes, including transaction processing and tracking
Perform moderately complex administrative tasks, data entry, and documentation with high accuracy
Maintain trackers, reports, and operational records to support business execution
Support payment processing workflows, settlements, and exception handling
Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and efficiency
Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather and validate information
Escalate non-routine issues or exceptions to supervisors as needed
Ensure adherence to internal procedures, timelines, and quality standards

Required

2+ years in operations, banking, financial services, or payments
Back-office or corporate operations experience
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Experience in Merchant Services, Payments, Card Operations, or Transaction Processing
Exposure to banking or financial services operations
Familiarity with reconciliation, settlements, or payment workflows
Prior experience working with internal service teams or shared services environments
