Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through placement
Source, assess, and qualify candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, CRM, referrals, direct search)
Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and competency-based assessments
Coordinate interviews, manage feedback, and oversee offer negotiation and onboarding
Deliver both direct hire and contract placements (where applicable)
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines within your specialist market
Provide a high-touch candidate experience, acting with integrity and professionalism
Meet and exceed agreed billing, placement, and activity targets
Maintain strong pipeline visibility and accurate forecasting
Support junior consultants and contribute to team collaboration where appropriate
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3–5+ years' experience in a 360 recruitment role
Proven track record of billing success and client development
Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and commercially minded
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Preferred
Experience recruiting within engineering, technical, construction, industrial, or similar markets preferred
