Responsibilities
Conduct credit analysis and loan reviews for project and structured finance transactions (both bilateral and syndicated), with a focus on renewable energy
Participate in Deal Structuring, Risk Analysis, and Due diligence for new transactions as well as monitoring the existing portfolio
Prepare credit reports for new facilities, renewals, and amendments, including review of financial models and consultant reports
Qualification
Required
3+ years in a Project Finance/ Structured Finance Risk role, ideally in Banking
Demonstrable time spent focused on Renewable or Traditional Energy transactions
Degree in Business/ Finance/ Economics or related discipline. CFA/ MBA welcomed
