Content Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Implement content strategy as defined by the Director, Brand & Communications
Manage the editorial calendar and oversee the production of blogs, case studies, white papers, and SEO-optimized content
Develop and execute thought leadership content for Follett Software Innovators Network, including identifying guest contributors and industry influencers
Own webinar planning, execution, and content repurposing across blogs, social media, FSIN, and other channels
Define social media strategy and oversee its execution, ensuring content is optimized for engagement and distribution
Manage customer storytelling initiatives, including case studies, testimonials, and feature stories
Ensure content is repurposed effectively across digital channels, including website, email, and paid media
Track and analyze content performance metrics to evaluate success against KPIs, optimizing strategy based on key insights and data-driven recommendations. Leverage reporting tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms to monitor engagement, conversion rates, and content effectiveness
Showcase a strong understanding of content marketing through past work examples, as evident in candidate’s portfolio

Required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in content marketing, social media strategy, and thought leadership
strong writing, storytelling, and editorial skills
Experience managing content calendars, SEO strategies, and multi-channel content execution
Proven experience planning and executing webinars and repurposing content
Social media strategy experience with a focus on engagement and brand growth

Preferred

Leadership experience, including managing and mentoring team members, a plus
Familiarity with tools such as Wistia Hubspot, and G2 a plus
