Operations Data Analytics Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
Apply a structured problem-solving approach to diagnose challenges, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions for complex business challenges
Synthesize large datasets and unstructured information into meaningful insights that support strategic decision-making
Leverage advanced analytics tools and techniques to uncover opportunities for operational optimization and cost reduction
Collaborate and consult with stakeholders to shape strategic priorities and align initiatives with organizational goals
Contribute to the development of business cases and strategy roadmaps for high-impact projects
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and supply chain, to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through the operations council framework to translate data insights into efficient, scalable actions
Facilitate workshops and discussions leveraging our CORE operating model to guide teams through recommendations
Translate complex analysis into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for senior leadership
Develop high-quality presentations and reports that effectively communicate insights and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 8 years of experience (5 years with advanced degree) working in data analysis, FP&A, strategy consulting, applied to Supply Chain/Operations/Manufacturing
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems using structured frameworks and methodologies
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams
Strong business acumen with proven record for delivering measurable impact
Experience at a consulting firm or in a strategy-focused role within a multinational organization
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment
