Responsibilities

Create, maintain, and improve financial models used for greenlights, title P&Ls, scenario planning and all rights decision support
Collaborate with other business units to ensure information is up to date and accurate
Support Greenlights preparation and coordination across teams
Run scenarios for all rights / title release decision support
Management pacing, reporting and accounting for HQ marketing spend
Support monthly pacing and close processes
Support submissions to Film HQ, load systems, review and reconcile
Overall marketing cost analysis and support
Analyze weekend box office performance early Monday mornings under tight deadline
Flex into ad-hoc projects including but not limited to budget, actuals true-up, market performance analytics, improving Excel models, and creating PowerPoint presentations and data visualizations to business leaders

Required

2+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
Excellent Excel, financial analytical skills are essential
Strong analytics and problem-solving skills, attention to detail and high standards in quality and accurate reporting
Must be available to work extended hours and travel as needed

Preferred

Knowledge of Business Warehouse / SAP is a significant advantage
Strong candidates will be well organized and able to prioritize multiple and competing priorities
Strong communication skills and a pro-active approach to building working relationships in a matrix environment
Media/Entertainment experience is desired
