Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of site-level analysts, including recruiting, training, and professional development
Set the vision and standards for analytics practices across the region or sector
Validate and improve analytical processes to ensure consistency, accuracy, and business value
Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for performance improvement through data
Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools
Guide the design and implementation of data pipelines (ETL) from diverse sources
Promote data literacy and tool adoption through knowledge-sharing and training sessions
Act as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams (Operations, HR, Finance, etc.) to deliver customized analytical solutions
Stay current with analytics trends and apply best practices to enhance reporting and automation
Support site startups by implementing analytics frameworks and tools
Serve as a key point of contact for analytics community initiatives and Power BI governance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, or 4 years of equivalent professional experience, required
3+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, required
Proven experience leading analytics teams or managing cross-functional analytics projects, required
Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including dashboard creation and DAX expressions, required
Strong SQL skills and experience with scripting languages such as Python or R, required
Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with structured and unstructured data sources, required
Deep understanding of statistical concepts, data modeling, and modern analytics methodologies, required
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of analytics tools, required
Ability to work fully onsite if role is based out of a warehouse, required
