Responsibilities

Completing and coordinating new and existing business questionnaires (RFP, RFI, DDQ) consistent with firm standards and within the required deadlines

Perform ongoing and ad hoc consultant database updates

Prepare files to be uploaded to databases

Conduct database reviews for accuracy

Maintain and update assigned content and documents utilized by the RFP Team

Required

Bachelor's degree

10 years of professional experience

5 years in asset management (preferably equities)

Consultant database management experience and/or RFP writing experience (3-5 years)

Strong analytical and data skills

Excellent writing skills with attention to all aspects of final product (data, language, grammar, presentation)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a time sensitive environment

Fluency in Excel (including formulas/macros) and MS Word

Problem solving skills

Team oriented

Comfortable interacting with all levels of organization

Committed to learning

Preferred

Familiarity to RFPIO, Adobe Editor and SharePoint a plus
