Enterprise Account Executive - $300-325k OTE + Equity - Remote - PLG SaaS / DevTools / AI
Tick Talent is a rapidly growing company in the PLG SaaS and DevTools space, seeking to hire three high-performing Enterprise Account Executives. The role involves owning the full sales cycle, working with inbound leads and building outbound pipeline to drive revenue growth in mid-market and enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, working warm inbound and building outbound pipe
Close new business across mid-market and enterprise
Sell into engineering, product, and data buyers with strong technical curiosity
Partner with the CRO to shape and ramp up the strategic outbound motion, and sales playbook
Deliver $1M+ in new ARR
Establish yourself as a top AE and trusted partner to product, marketing, and GTM
Influence messaging and positioning based on customer feedback
Help lay the foundation for future hires, and potentially earn a leadership track
Qualification
Required
Full-cycle SaaS sales experience, ideally in PLG / technical products
Sold into product, engineering, or data personas
Track record of $1M+ annual quota achievement
Run $50K–$100K+ ACV deals, including six-figure contracts
Discovery-led seller with strong closing and multi-threading capability
Preferred
Sold devtools, experimentation, or data platforms
Have worked in companies similar to LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, Amplitude, PostHog, dbt Labs, Vercel, etc
Navigated open-source or hybrid GTM motions
